COOK

Job description: preparation of dishes for a la carte restaurant as well as half/full boards in cooperation with the chef (our specialization: sea fish, quality meat – New Zealand lamb, South American tenderloin etc., as well as untraditionally prepared Czech cuisine). The job is suitable for experienced cooks as well as apprentices with interest in quality gastronomy and ability to learn quickly. We appreciate the ability to work in a fast pace of work and the sense for creativity and detail. We would like to cooperate with a nice and friendly person with responsible approach. We offer internship for 3 up to 6 months, a good salary and possibly accommodation.
 

RECEPTIONIST

Job description:
- reception and reservation activities
- everyday communication with the guests in foreign languages
- reception of payments
- sale of additional services

We require:
- secondary education (at least)
- advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, internet)
- good knowledge of English and German
- knowledge of Russian is an advantage
- pleasant and fair behaviour, responsibility, accuracy
- organization skills, communicativeness, ability to learn quickly
